Since I (unfortunately) missed being in Denver, I would love recommendations from the community as to which virtual and recorded bbcon sessions I absolutely should watch before the end of this month. I'd love to know what sessions were most meaningful for others as I plan my watch list.

“Learning your ABCs: How JustGiving Improves Through Experimentation” was a really interesting look at AB testing and focussed on JustGiving as a case study. I don't know whether we'd ever really use AB testing in any way with our supporters directly, but it was good to see how JustGiving does it and why they make the UI etc decisions they make (and I expect a similar approach must get taken with Blackbaud Checkout from the impression I got from the recent product update sessions).
