So many great ideas already presented here. I'd just like to add an endorsement for @Christopher Horn's topic on Report Builder and Insight Designer. We have some prebuilt dashboards but when I was setting them up, it was hard to get the revenue totals to match reports run in database view. Peeling back the curtain on how Report Builder functions would be super helpful!1 -
