Please consider reading on if you are interested in a candidate with excellent RE management skills who excels at strategy and analysis, and who leverages a robust understanding of fundraising while managing the team's operations.

I am US based and looking for a full-time remote position in order to move closer to family. What I bring:

• 10+ years of experience managing Raiser's Edge databases, including bCRE-Pro certification, Blackbaud's highest level of RE certification
• An extremely well-rounded and well-informed background in fundraising, as evidenced by my CFRE status (since 2019) and extensive leadership experience with my local chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals
• Many years of experience managing staff and working with volunteers
• Excellent critical thinking skills and a love of data analysis and strategic planning
• Strong experience with prospect research and planned giving

Background Highlights:

• I've spent the past 7 years focusing on advancement services, and prior to that have done considerable work with the annual fund and events, and have been the manager of my own small shop
• I've worked primarily in the arts and higher ed (am very familiar with scholarships and Blackbaud Awards Management, aka Academic Works)
• Have worked on multiple campaigns, most recently a successful campaign to raise almost $100 million.

I have a minimum salary requirement of $95,000, which may vary based on sector and size of org.
