Adding Auxiliary Fees to TM accounts

Our school records all student fees and payments on their Tuition Management Accounts. I would love to hear from other schools how you have families register and pay for auxiliary fees i.e Athletice Fees. Especially if they receive financial assistance for the fee. We have been using Event Forms that allow us to gather all the information. Then download the lists in Events and input into TM. Thanks in advance.

They usually pay any fees that are directly related to the school through blackbaud.

@Gabrielle Schneider We went away from Blackbaud when collecting athletic fees and now use FinalForms that is more of a comprehensive athletic platform (all athletic fee payments, registration and waiver forms, communication, events, etc.) are collected through this platform at our school.

@Jacqueline Crate Dear Jacqueline, What do you use for student billing? We use Tuition Management for all our tuition and fees that are student related.

@Gabrielle Schneider Yes, we use Blackbaud Tuition Management for tuition and other tuition-related fees but went away from Blackbaud specifically for all student athletics, similar to how we utilize a different system for lunch payments and cafeteria management.
