Overview

St. Luke's Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Data Specialist to join the Foundation team.

Under minimal supervision, the Data Specialist 3 is responsible for providing administrative support for a database.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Performs a range of complex administrative and support services for a fundraising and relationship database that supports the System's philanthropic initiatives.
  • Handles complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Possesses comprehensive working knowledge of subject matter.
  • Organizes and enters data into appropriate databases.
  • Maintains and ensures the integrity and security of one or more databases.
  • Trains other staff as users of the system.
  • Extracts data as needed for reporting requirements.
  • Imports data as needed.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4 years experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Raiser's Edge or similar technology
