Looking for guidance regarding first time users - Enrollment Management Services

We just migrated to the Platform and are ready to send re-enrollment contracts to families. Does anyone have a guide or instructions for parents on how to access their account for the first time?

Any tips and guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @Tere Aceves! Our support team created an Enrollment Season Resources landing page that may be helpful, which you can access here: Enrollment resources. There's also a link to this page under Related links on the Enrollment Management homepage for easy access. This might not give you exactly what you're looking for in terms of an example of a guide for parents, but hopefully it's a good starting point for you to understand their experience.
