Multiple logins for parents, can the school set up the login and password for TM to get the family started

We have received a lot of complaints from our families that they have an enrollment mgr login for the inquiry/application and then have to do another for TM. And then they get confused. Any suggestions?

@Sharon Payne We use Enrollment Management (EM) for our contracts which are integrated with Tuition Management. Parents accdess their contracts through EM and once this has been completed parents can access their Tuition Management accounts via the Parent Portal. (Single Sign On SSO) where we have a tile specific to Student Billing. Here they can acccess their TM account without having to use another log in.

It helps alot. How would I find out if we have integrated contracts? I reviewed out contract and didn't see it.

My suggestion is for you to contact Blackbaud Enrollment Management to ask them about this.

Hi @Sharon Payne to verify whether your contract is integrated with Blackbaud Tuition Management (BBTM), follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Enrollment Management > Enrollment > Contracts > Manage Contract Forms.
2. Click on Settings next to your contract.
3. In the settings panel, look for a Billing System dropdown.
4. If you see Blackbaud Tuition Management listed in the dropdown, your contract is integrated with BBTM.

@Sharon Payne You must log in to your Education Management database, then click the hamburger menu in the top-left corner of the screen and select Enrollment management.
