May 2017 Release To The Raiser's Edge Luminate Online Integration Available

A new release to the Raiser's Edge Luminate Online (RELO) integration is now available on the Download section of our website! Please note the version update to the Luminate Online plug-in for The Raiser's Edge to version 1.4.6229.28797 and Blackbaud Web Services to version 1.4.17020.2. With this release we've included some new new features and defect resolutions. Check out our Knowledgebase articles below or the Release Notes for more details on each of these updates:

• Increased limit to Appeal and Campaign cross referencing
• Transaction logging limit to 100 to increase performance
• When Diners Club is selected in the filter, Diners Club gift records now display as expected
• Error: duplicate phone number and phone type exists. Remove the duplicate to save the record
• Paypal transactions in the plugin
• Error: There are no differences between the new constituent and the auto-matched constituent record
• XML does not contain RE Package ID
