I love Chinese restaurants. I especially love fortune cookies! Their subtle sweetness is the perfect ending to the meal.

Lately the fortune cookies that I open are all proverbs, and some of them are impossible to understand. I recently opened one that said It’s in moments of decision-making that your destiny is shaped. Shaped into…a large sum of money or a new romance, maybe?
