When I first joined the Luminate education team and Blackbaud University, I considered myself a web monkey. I could teach almost anyone to make a web page, send an email, or design an online form. However, I was new to the nonprofit industry. My tenure with Blackbaud University has taught me so much about the nonprofit world—through teaching clients, talking with industry professionals, and my own research. The one thing I do wish I'd done is to seek out actual training.

Starting July 1 2019, your Luminate Learn More^® training subscription includes Organizational Best Practices instructor-led workshops and certifications. Your Learn Everything^® subscription includes Organizational Best Practices instructor-led workshops, certifications, and regional in-person workshops.


Our Organizational Best Practices curriculum includes six eLearnings specifically geared toward introducing you to a variety of basic topics focused on the nonprofit industry, with more to come throughout the year. These bite-sized self-paced courses are around 30 minutes each and are full of tips from industry professionals. And if your organization has Luminate Online, you already have access to these eLearnings.
