AddressFinder: Staying Current On Contact Info

In the web view, you can manage a constituent's addresses directly in the web view and share addresses across records. Of course, it's important to keep this contact information current and track changes to a constituent's address. To help maintain address information, we recommend you use AddressFinder!

 
AddressFinder provides the most current address information for your constituents from United States Postal Service (USPS) National Change of Address (NCOA). In addition, AddressFinder can update addresses with standard USPS abbreviations to help ensure delivery of your mailings. By keeping your constituents' addresses accurate and up-to-date:

• They continue to receive your mailings and stay engaged with your mission.
• You avoid wasteful and costly returns of Undeliverable As Addressed.
• You help ensure quality NXT wealth ratings and analysis from Target Analytics.

In the database view, you can submit addresses and apply any updates from AddressFinder in Data Health Center. We recommend you submit address information — for all or selected constituents — on a quarterly basis.
