What's New In Raiser's Edge NXT The Week Of October 31 (Spooky!)

This All Hallow's Eve, Raiser's Edge NXT updates with new enhancements to help you avoid duplicate records and cultivate relationships with constituents.

 
Review possible duplicates for relationships. To help prevent multiple records for the same individual or organization (clones? evil twins?!), you can now review a list of potential duplicates when you add new relationships to constituents. After you enter the name of an individual or organization, you can view how many records in your database share that name. To view a list of the matched records, select Possible duplicates found, and choose whether to add one of the matches as the relationship. For more information, see the Relationships Help.

View constituent aliases. To help track the alternate names an individual or organization uses, you can now view their aliases — such as acronyms or stage names (or alter egos like Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde!) — under Constituent summary or Summary on their record.
