Ever get so caught up in the details that you miss the bigger picture?

I love to get groceries at a discount grocery store- the kind that doesn’t provide shopping bags. The store also happens to be a fair distance from my house, so I like to put any refrigerated groceries in a cooler for my drive home.

Sometimes I get so caught up in making sure that I have my reusable bags in the car with a cooler that I don’t realize that I forgot my grocery list until I arrive!

I got so distracted by the details of the trip that I lost sight of the whole purpose of the errand.
