With this release, we introduce the general availability of check printing in Financial Edge NXT. Printing checks streamlines the invoice payment process because you no longer have to log in to the database view through Citrix to print checks!


Now, when you select Print checks from a bank account's Pay invoices tile, a list of approved invoices displays based on your selected date range. You can also view:

• The bank account's current balance, as of today
• The total amount of expected payments for the selected date
• The bank account's remaining balance after expected payments are made

To generate checks for invoices, select Print checks from the Actions menu under Pay invoices. For more information about generating checks, see Print Checks.

Tip: Be sure to check out or printer setting recommendations for various browsers before your first check run.
