This release of Financial Edge NXT includes several new features and enhancements. Let’s start with email notifications in Expense management.


You can now receive email notifications about your invoice requests. Available notifications include: 

• Invoice request received final approval 
• Invoice request rejected
• Invoice request needs my approval

You set up email notifications in Expense management from the Edit defaults page. For more information, see Edit Defaults.

Fixed assets

In Fixed assets you can now delete asset records, as well as transactions on an asset record. For more information, see Asset Transaction Record.

Exciting Features Releasing In Waves! 

With this release, some of you will now have the ability to invite users and manage their access with roles. You can also work with statistical units to determine when and how to move amounts over time. These features will roll out to your organization in waves.
