This week’s release of Financial Edge NXT includes the following enhancements: 

Negative adjustments on 1099s

You can now make negative adjustments on 1099s in the web view. From the vendor record, under 1099 Information, use a minus sign ( - ) to indicate a negative amount.


All negative amounts are displayed in parenthesis. For more detail, see 1099 Information.

Treasury — Subledger Column

We also made a very small label change in Treasury when you view a list of deposits and payments. We changed the Subledger column from “Treasury” to “Cash receipts”. This provides consistent terminology with other areas in Financial Edge NXT, such as General ledger, Post subledgers.


Likewise, the deposit filter for Subledger has also changed to "Cash receipts."
