New Initiative: HE-PAG Ecosystem Breakouts
The HE-PAG Ecosystem Breakout series is designed to bring together HE-PAG members for knowledge-sharing and discussion focused on advancement ecosystem adjacencies. The objectives for the breakouts will be as follows:

• Discuss trends and new partners you are considering, implementing, or want to ask about
• Share strategies and successes in integrations
• Review partner adoption and go-lives
• Share advancement office outcomes from the broader ecosystem
• Review partner updates from Blackbaud

Functional areas to serve as topics will be prioritized from areas included in the HE-PAG Ecosystem Survey.
Meeting structure and cadence:

• Bi-monthly meetings in off-months of HE-PAG meeting cadence
• Meetings
