April ResearchPoint Data Updates

Last night, we updated a few of our ResearchPoint data sources in order to keep providing the most accurate and up to date data we have available. This update contains new data on Real Estate, Business Ownership, Income, and Gifts (both philanthropic and political). Below are the details of that update.

CoreLogic: Real Estate data is very important to researchers looking to qualify prospects as the amount of properties is one of the easiest indicators of a persons capacity. We update this data quarterly and we now have data on almost 150 million properties.
Dun & Bradstreet: Business information is another source that researchers use with every source. With this latest update, we have information on roughly 20 million business entities.
NOZA: Adding roughly 1 million new gifts per month, our proprietary philanthropic data source now contains over 135 million philanthropic gifts!
FEC: With election season over and campaign contributions being published, we have almost 45 million political contributions.
TRBI (Thomson Reuters Business Intelligence): This is our source for Income/Compensation data. We have over 175,000 compensation records for company officers on file.
