Does Your Organization Use IE 11 To Access ResearchPoint? PLEASE READ!

Microsoft® has set an end of support (EOS) date for Internet Explorer (IE) 11. On 10/1/2021, you will no longer be able to log into ResearchPoint via IE 11.

Blackbaud follows Microsoft's lead when it comes to supporting their browsers and operating systems. As Microsoft® retires products, Blackbaud’s support will change for their currently supported products. Microsoft's support for Internet Explorer 11 ends in August 2021, except for a few cases where the product still supports Internet Explorer. The following browsers are still supported for accessing ResearchPoint:

  • Chrome (Windows, Mac, and Android)
  • Firefox (both Windows and Mac)
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari (Mac)
