Season's Greetings,I have updated my profile picture. I chose an image of my cat that I took the other day. Sneaky Lilly Santa. So precious. I love sharing the holidays with my family, friends and especially Pets. Shannon Emery - I have the aluminum tree and then a traditional tree with ornaments and lights. I have to do a fake tree because real ones give me hives, but I save money by using the same fake tree for over 20 years now. My ornament collection is a mix of nerdy (lots of Star Wars ornaments with some Godzilla and anime mixed in), ornaments inherited from family, ornaments marking significant events (year we got married, daughter's birth, etc), and I always grab an ornament when we go on trips/vacations. Nice mix of oddities.

I uploaded a picture from my son's first Nutcracker Ballet performance. He cried because he didn't want to wear what he called "a monkey hat" but still managed to put on his celeb smile for the photo shoot! 5 years later and he's now starring as Fritz!0

I chose a photo from 2 Christmases ago with my mom and sisters. It was the first time in years we had all been together on Christmas Day and was the most cherished gift!0

I spend holidays hiking with friends and wearing microspikes to give me traction in the snow. We call it the "Hike and LIke." We hike and then eat whatever we like. I've taken a pass on most "gifts" and instead focus on having experiences with friends and family.0
