On March 8, we proudly join the global community in celebrating International Women's Day—a day devoted to recognizing the accomplishments of women everywhere. This year’s theme, Accelerate Action, encourages us to consider the steps each of us can take to remove obstacles to equality and support a more inclusive world.



At Blackbaud, we are committed to creating a space where every woman can succeed. By promoting inclusiveness, we work to break down biases and establish a workplace where all team members can fuel impact for our customers and their inspiring work in the world.



To celebrate, employees are engaging in a series of activities focused on women’s initiatives including watching online conference sessions hosted by WIT (Women in Technology) Network, partnering with our global virtual volunteer partner, Goodera, to lead mentoring sessions for young women entering the early stages of their careers, and more.
