New Ideas Portal Is Here!

Today we are excited to share the new Ideas Portal! The new Ideas Portal will enable us to more effectively collect, curate, and promote your ideas into features to ensure that key feedback and requests are seamlessly integrated into our product planning and development processes. 


We think you’ll find many improvements from the previous Ideas platform. Not only does the new Ideas Portal incorporate all of the previous features, but it encompasses new functionality that many of you have been seeking. 


A number of customers have requested greater transparency into the ideation process, and we couldn’t agree more! In the new Ideas Portal, your ideas will be reviewed and updated as they progress through the product life cycle at each stage. Those of you voting for or subscribing to an idea will now receive a updates via email.

  

We didn’t stop there! The new platform has many other improvements –

•  The Ideas Portal will be able to show you all of the ideas that you have submitted in the “My Idea” section of the portal.
• You will be given the opportunity to filter by Status as well as search ideas using tags. This can give you the ability to find all of your ideas that your staff has submitted.

• To avoid duplicate ideas, the Ideas Portal will display similar ideas while you are submitting your new idea, as seen below.

• Users will only be given the opportunity to vote on an Idea once, but the Ideas Portal will not limit the total number of votes for each user

Hi Pallavi,

I am excited about this new portal. I was curious. Were our previous ideas and votes brought over into the new portal? I am sure that I had added and voted to ideas previously, but didn't see any. Thank you!

Hi Nicole, Yes they were brought over. We weren't able to reflect the original submitter information in the new portal, but we do have that information available to us offline. I encourage you to search for any ideas that are of particular interest to you and vote in the new portal as well.
