BBNC SP3 Hotfix Available!

In April, we released Blackbaud NetCommunity 7.1 Service Pack 3, which included enhanced functionality to help you manage and capture your supporters’ communication consent. We recently identified an issue that impacts consent collected through NetCommunity forms. Customers affected by this issue have already been notified. Additional information regarding this issue is available in the following Knowledge base articles: 

 

• Consent information is not written to The Raiser's Edge from NetCommunity when using a copied Communication Consent part 
• Not able to copy the Communication Consent part in NetCommunity 

To correct this issue, Blackbaud has made an important update to this release which is now available for download via Blackbaud NetCommunity 7.1 Service Pack 3 Hotfix 1. This update resolves the issues with collecting communication consent.


If you are a self-hosted Blackbaud NetCommunity customer, and have implemented the communication consent part in Blackbaud NetCommunity, it is important that you download and install this fix as soon as possible. 


Blackbaud NetCommunity customers in hosting will be updated to this version in the next few weeks. As always, you will receive a 72-hr advance notice before your site is scheduled to be updated.
