Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation (located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manager of Donor Relations and Data Entry to lead our donor database operations and provide exceptional service to our community of supporters. In this role, you will be the Foundation’s database expert, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight across Raiser’s Edge and related fundraising platforms. You’ll oversee data integrity, gift processing, reporting, and donor stewardship activities — all of which are essential to enabling excellence in patient care and innovation at Queensway Carleton Hospital.

Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving and Donor Relations, you will play a leadership role in shaping data-informed fundraising strategies, mentoring staff and volunteers, and ensuring that every donor interaction reflects the highest standards of accuracy and care.
