We're seeking a Manager, Development Operations who finds deep satisfaction in the systematic, behind-the-scenes work that makes donor relationships thrive—managing the database, conducting research, tracking funder moves, analyzing and synthesizing data, and ensuring our entire development operations run smoothly. You'll provide critical operational and administrative support to One Project's growing fundraising function, working closely with our Partnerships and Ecosystem teams to build the infrastructure that enables transformational giving and supports our mission to advance economic democracy.
