Facility Rental implimenation

Hi all,

We're are in the midst of transitioning to Altru and our museum does a lot of facility rentals. I'm trying to work out the best process for us implement Altru for our department, and am coming up short in all aspects from the user guides to the online training to in person training. Has anyone seen or created a visual step by step guide for Facility Rentals for their organization? Or if not does anyone have any tips or tricks on how they manipulated Altru to work for them?
