Shouldn't my undone Actions appear on my Home screen?

I am marked as a Fundraiser in web view and a Solicitor in database view. A few constituents have Actions that have been assigned to me, but that I haven't completed. Aren't they supposed to appear on my Home screen? Instead, in the Actions tile, it just says, "To see actions, you need to be an active fundraiser." I am using myself as an example, but it's the same situation with all of our staff members. I've been going back and forth with the help desk on this issue. How do I get the Actions tile to display my unfinished actions?

In DBV have you linked your database view user to your constituent record?

Also from Bio1 you can check the details (1) by the Is a solicitor box and confirm that the This Solicitor is inactive (2) is not check.
