Keeping Your School Administrators Informed in 2026

As we enter 2026, we want to ensure our teams have accurate details for your school administrators to keep you informed, supported, and empowered with the latest updates that drive meaningful impact. 

How To Update Your School’s Information 

Please review your school’s information and activate any new school administrators who have recently joined and/or deactivate any school administrators who are no longer with your school on both of the following sites: 

• Blackbaud.com – Activate and deactivate users 
• This task must be completed by your school’s Organizational Administrator (Org Admin). If your school does not have an Org Admin, please see Knowledgebase Article: “I need to become an Organization Administrator.” 
• Blackbaud Tuition Management – Add new school users and deactivate school users  
• This task can be completed by your School Administrator and/or School Finance Role users. 

Note: Please make any updates on both sites above. To continue to offer enhanced security for your school’s data, our teams are unable to make these updates on your behalf.  

Ensuring Your Data Remains Up to Date 

We encourage your team to update your school administrator information quarterly to ensure that any changes are accurately reflected and that the right information is being provided to the right users.
