How do I get access to Blackbaud university? It says I have no access

Organization just affiliated and we got blackbaud. For some reason I don't have access to the university for training keeps saying access denied. I am the fundraising professional and need to take a couple of trainigns. Can someone please help? What exactly does the administrator need to do and where?
