Real time budgets

Looking for a tool or dashboard where my president can see budgets up to date in real time on BB. We use AvidXchange for requisitions and Avid is not able to connect BB and Avids budgets for fiscal year yet. So am looking to see if BB had a requisition platform that would help our department chairs/president see their budgets in real time? TIA
