Blackbaud NXT: How are people enjoying BB's AI tools for cultivation and general fundraising efforts?

Hi BB fam!

Our organization is transitioning away from Gravyty’s Raise and Gratavid tools. For those who may not be familiar with Raise, it’s an AI‑driven fundraising assistant that helps organize fundraiser portfolios, surface under‑engaged donors, and support segmentation for cultivation and stewardship. Now that we are discontinuing the product, we're looking for solutions that can fill the functionality gap it leaves behind.

Has anyone used Blackbaud’s Dashboards or Workflow Designer in ways that support donor segmentation, portfolio management, or proactive donor engagement? If so, I’d love to hear how well they work for you.

Also, are there any other AI‑powered tools within Blackbaud that teams are using to streamline fundraising or replicate some of the automation Raise provided?

We’re also seeing a big push for Prospect Insights Pro, but since we already use a wealth‑screening tool (Kindsight), we’re not looking for another prospecting solution.

Any insights, experiences, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Daniel, great question. From an AI product perspective, one thing I’d highlight is that Blackbaud has been evolving Raiser's Edge NXT toward a broader AI ecosystem rather than standalone point solutions.

    That includes multiple AI‑powered capabilities and newer work around Agents, which are designed to help teams surface insights, prioritize cultivation and stewardship activity, and proactively focus effort across fundraising workflows, not to replace prospect research or screening tools.

    If it’s helpful, I’m happy to share an overview of how the AI tools and Agents fit together today and the types of use cases they’re intended to support. This would just be an informational walkthrough so you can assess relevance for your team.
