Power App hosted on Blackbaud Application to view on RE NXT test and prod is only visible on test, what could be the reason?

This application is a tile present under fund page, it was visible in text and prod environment until last week, but I am not able to see it in production environment any more even though I see it on test, can anyone help me with it? I am not sure what went wrong because I did not change anything in the app or the Blackbaud application. I have another power app (this app is a tile on constituent page) added to the same application this app is visible in both test and production environment.

The volunteer info app is visible both on text and prod as a tile in constituent page but the FOAP Info tile is only visible in test as a tile under fund page.
