Student Information Systems (SIS) Team Lead - IMG Academy, Bradenton, FL

IMG Academy is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator SIS and Team Lead to oversee the administration of our core campus technology platforms while leading a team of front-line support specialists. This role is responsible for both the hands-on management of key systems and the day-to-day leadership of a support team that serves as the primary point of contact for faculty, staff, and students across multiple campus platforms. 

Our core systems include, but are not limited to, our Student Information System (Blackbaud), athlete management platforms (Teamworks), campus management systems (Reach), and document management solutions (SchoolDoc). The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation in K-12 school systems, a service-oriented mindset, and leadership skills to build and maintain a high-performing support team. 

Experience in a boarding school environment is a plus, as familiarity with the operational complexity of a 24/7 campus is particularly valuable in this role.
