Introducing Powerful New Enhancements to the Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT® Donor Portal

We released substantial enhancements to the Raiser’s Edge NXT portal, including some of your most-requested features. Read on to learn about a redesigned homepage, the availability of Optimized Donation Forms in portal, and the ability for donors to view their event and membership history. We designed these features to help you offer the delightful experience your supporters expect—and to make your donor management easier and more efficient, helping you raise more for your mission. 

A Fresh Portal Experience 

To support more portal options, we moved the navigation from the top to the left to make things more streamlined. The new left navigation makes it easier for donors to see all the ways they can support your organization. 

Optimized Donation Forms Now Available

Organizations will now be able to select Optimized Donation Forms for their donors’ use within portal. Previously, the portal supported Standard Donation Forms only. This can mean more online donation revenue for you, as 10% more donors complete their donation on an Optimized Form versus a Standard Form.

Optimized Donation Forms also introduce a more dynamically engaging design, offering interactive elements and a visually appealing layout that draws in users. This enhanced experience helps donors feel more connected and makes the giving process both seamless and enjoyable.

View Event and Membership History

Now your donors can see their event and membership history in portal, giving them a clearer picture of how they’ve engaged with your organization. While these features are read-only at this time, this creates a base for enhancing this area of portal in the future.
