The Legacy Applicant and Grantee Portal (IGAM) will be fully replaced by the new Applicant and Grantee Portal in Blackbaud Grantmaking on July 29, 2026. Users must complete migration to avoid losing access to the legacy system and its data.

  • Transition deadline and impact: The Legacy Portal will be inaccessible after July 28, 2026, and the new portal will be the only supported system for applications, portal activity, and reporting. Customers who have not transitioned must act to prevent data loss and workflow disruptions.
  • Applicant and grantee effects: All legacy links, forms, and accounts will be disabled, preventing applicants and grantees from accessing or submitting legacy forms. Administrators must export legacy data, deactivate active legacy forms, and complete outstanding requirements before the shutdown.

*Blackbaud University is offering instructor-led training and eLearning at no cost. All courses in the Grants Manager learning path will be available to all customers through July 31st.
