User and Student Lists

This morning 3/17/2020.  The lists I created are no longer working.  Even after recreating it will say it is saved but when you reopen it is not saving the filters. I had a chat with BB and they were turning it over to the data team.  I wish they would not be making changes on Wednesday mornings especially with most schools being close.  Has anyone else experienced this problem.

  • Just realized it is Tuesday not Wednesday.
  • You are talking about the "SKY" lists, correct?  My "Students" list is not working at all.  I have the same problem you reported.  None of the filters on existing lists are saved, and I cannot apply any filters to new lists.  I'll give a call and report this as well.
  • Yes Nancy you are correct.  I thought it was Wednesday and they had done an update but that is not the case.
  • They released an update today.  I'm calling to report it.  Did you report it as well?
  • The last few updates have been on Tuesdays ... I think they moved from Wednesday updates to Tuesday’s ... having the same problem wi5h lists, just started
  • I was able to get through to support via chat.  "This is an issue we are actively working to resolve at this time and have listed as critical."

    Hoping for a quick resolution!
  • I have found that some of my lists work - and some don't - inconsistent across the platform. I've also had a few list where the filters were no longer visible - so I wasn't sure how to recreate the list. I'm experiencing this issue with all of my SKY lists - not just User and Student.

In Enrollment Management and Core - I was able to remove and then re-apply the filters - but not with my Attendance lists in Academics.

Thanks for posting Barbara. It's always good to know when others share our pain!
  • This bug was fixed mid-afternoon yesterday.  Sorry for the disruption, and yes, releases are now every Tuesday!
  • Thank you but can the updates be tested more before they are rolled out.  At the moment schools can not have major disruption especially when we are trying to establish a new norm of education.
  • Sondra that was a great suggestion.
