Sending welcome message to new donor through Luminate online or teamraisers

Does anyone have a way to send an email to new donor automatically after donation has been made for 3 days. I know it's not common function. We want to steward new donor better.

Or do you have better way to steward them automatically? Any thoughts is appreciated.

    Hi Catherine,


    Sounds a lot like a welcome series, but with just one message. I would recommend creating a query-based group to find everyone who's first donation was 3 days ago. Then you set up a recurring message to go out every day to that group. Luminate Online will only send the message to people who are in that group.

    Thank you, Allison for your quick response. The group should be dynamic. We only need to send one extra message to new donor. But every day has new donor. The group people will be change everyday. I need to send automatically. I will check the link you provided as well. Thanks!
