Recording Correspondence with Enrolled Students... Official Notes

We use Official Notes to connect conversations and emails with individual candidates. Once the candidate changes roles to "student" Official Notes isn't an option in EMS. How are people tracking Enrollment conversations with families in the role of Student? Our office has regular communication that we need to attach to their record regarding Finacial Aid and Reenrollment. 


Thanks for any inside into how our office can track correspondence with families that the role "Student" in the database.
