We are getting this error when trying to use the form embedded on the webpage:

3/5/2021 9:44 AM: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request.

    We also got this message but have since received donations through the giving page. Still researching to figure out what donor the error occurred on and if they've subsequently donated.


    I'd also like to know how to stop showing the error message in OLX.

    Correction ... We have not received any gifts since the error occurred!! This is a major issue!

    Thomas - Blackbaud Support: Alright, it does look like there were a couple of incidents this morning that have since been resolved.
