What advice do you all have for someone attending their first BBCon?

    First of all, YAY! I just wish it was in person! Attend as many sessions as you can, and don't be afraid to double book! If one session doesn't turn out to be what you thought it was, switch to another one.

    Go to the social events! I love that they've set aside time at the end of the day for us to connect. Last year some of the vendors set up online games like Jackbox or trivia so people could actual play for prizes. I also saw charcurterie demos and happy hours where people could just have fun and network so don't skip these!

    As much as I love learning new things at bbcon, the most valuable part for me is meeting folks and making connections, whether it be with peers, Blackbaud folks, or vendors. Those connections have proved invaluable in advancing my career, getting issues resolved, and just knowing some really awesome people
