Does anyone else find the new address block very busy? My school staff is not liking the update.

@Alex Mendiola - not sure if this falls under your purview but it would be nice to get user feedback for improvement.

  • Absolutely agree. Was talking this today with my coworker about how difficult it is to read with all of that information. I think even the use of some bold font for the type of address would help greatly or even some expandable lists which could by default be collapsed to show information such as "Address shared with".

@Brian Walker - agree on the bolding! Also, I don't see the need for “None found” for missing salutations It just adds unnecessary text to the page.

  • Yes, I agree. And I only chanced upon it when noticing the Salutation fields blank on some families. Can someone direct me to the articles that talk about this change? I am concerned that this means checking all student records.

I recommend you bookmark the resource help center. It includes the What's New letters each week. You can also subscribe to the what's new letter so that you get an email when the new releases are published.

  • I agree, it will take me a while to get used to it. Not really sure why the "household " was added since they share the address anyway. Seems redundant.

  • I agree! It is much harder to read or be able to take a quick glance to see what is missing or looks wrong compared to the previous version. Bolding of the headings at least would definitely help.
