Are there any schools that have connected Blackbaud Student Information System to Clever? This past year, I've been manually exporting data from Blackbaud and importing to Clever, but I would like to find something more automated. I contacted Clever, and they accept OneRoster files, but it sounds like I would still have to be sending them these files manually. I was hoping for a more automated API connection or some other integration.

    I am about to start this process in about a week. Not looking forward to it. I may develop some custom reports this year that will format the data in the correct Clever format for input.

    I don't see anything that supports this connectivity currently. Theoretically you could code an API to API import but it looks like Clever only supports data export in their API.

    Well the short answer is no. My thinking in the past has been that I don't necessarily need our Clever course configuration to match our Blackbaud configuration. However, after two years of experience rolling it out, I'm warming to the idea of having them in sync. We don't use Clever teacher pages so there's some maintenance involved with turning off teacher pages for every most of the teacher accounts. Next year I would think about creating custom reports with all the data that Clever needs.
