I am working with our Finance Team regarding establishing a RE/FE Policy and Procedure Guide. Does anyone have a template or some type of framework such as a table of contents which we can build upon?

    The only thing I would have to share is a chart of which department posts what gift type and or pay method and at what frequency. Not sure if that would help you.

    Hi Danielle!

    Thank you for responding back! I am currently working with our Finance Dept to match up their project codes with our RENXT Funds. Would you mind sending me a copy of how you set up this up,? This will help to make confirm we are doing this accurately. I am currently looking to establish a policy & procedure manual and need a guide to get this started.

    Hi Annette,

    We are also needing to help transition our Finance Department into the ‘new’ way of doing things. Could you send any sample copies you have over to me too?
    RE should really have something like this made up themselves! It would be super helpful and save us a lot of time!

    Hi Annette, Unfortunately I wasn't part of that piece of the integration and that's actually something I'm looking forward to better understanding myself.

    The only thing I have that I could share is a split of which department (dev or finance) posts what type of gifts/pay methods, which might not be helpful to other organizations.
