Exporting Model Scores

Hello! I would like to use an Export in Raiser's Edge to include a column for donors that lists their model scores (i.e. A1 Philanthropist, B2 Humanitarians, etc.). I can't seem to find the field that would produce this output in the export. Can anyone help? Thank you!

  • Hi @Liz Zelazo,

To find that field, I start a Constituent source view query or export.

    • There is a folder/section called “Model Scores and Ratings.”
    • Within that there is a sub-folder called “Attributes.”
    • And then a sub-section in that called “Target Analytics Wealth Segmentation Attribute.”
    • The field is located here and it is called “Value.”

Let me know if that doesn't get you what you need.

@Liz Zelazo How you field the field will vary depending on whether you imported or synced your Affluence Insight scores to Raiser's Edge. If you synced, choose the source of “Blackbaud Analytics - WP”, but it will include other ratings you synced in that source group as well. If you imported, the source should say something like “Target Analytics Affluence” which will include all of the Affluence models you imported. You may need to do some clean up in Excel. Check out my blog post with instructions and screenshots.

If you can use RE NXT Lists or Query, then you will have cleaner output when you extract the results into a spreadsheet. The links will take you to those blogs with instructions and screenshots.

Also, an update is coming to the integration this year that will change the Rating Sources so you will be able to use Export to extract a single rating into a specific column, for example just Wealth Segmentation. More to come soon!

@Chris Nungesser is correct in how you will find it in ResearchPoint.

  • @Liz Zelazo discussion moved to Raiser's Edge NXT community. Thanks!
