Converting From Tessitura to Blackbaud -

We are converting from processing gifts in Tessitura to processing gifts in RE. Tessitura is a household based constituent system. The household being a GROUP constituent type with the spouse constituents being affiliated to the household. I would would like to hear how other organizations made the converted data from Tessitura to RE.

    @Robert Taulty, are you converting to RE NXT completely - constituents, gifts, and all? If so, the records in Tess can maintain the same type of constituent structure in RE by using non-constituent spousal relationships. Even if you do have two members of a household with a record for each because they both have bought tickets at one time, you can still create household relationships in RE. Each partner can be soft-credited for the other's giving and purchases. Feel free to reach out to me if you want to have a conversation.

    Yes right now we are using a best of breed approach. All of our ticketing will be in Tessitura while our Fundraising will be RE. Therefore we need to convert existing donors from Tessitura into RE
