Display Tickets Remaining to Public

Is there a way to turn on a display of tickets remaining, especially if a program is close to selling out? If there is a way to do this, is it possible to be selective about which programs have this display?

I ask as I would like to make it easier for parents registering for summer camps to coordinate which camps have enough room for all their friends.

    Hi @Shannon Stearns, We have a way to display a low availability message within the program's option by following the steps below:

    • Click Web > Manage Program Forms
    • Click Online Settings for Tickets
    • Adjust the Threshold for low availability
    • Click the language tab > Change the category to Event Details
    • Adjust the Low availability label message to something like “Less than 10 tickets left”
    • Click save

    Do “Online Settings for Tickets” apply to programs under “Manage Event Package Forms,” and if not, where can we? That’s where we create events and edit webforms for camp.

    It appears that we already had a message programmed and turned on, they just don't appear for our camp registrations.

    @Shannon Stearns The Event package forms have their own section:

    • Click Web > Manage Event Package Forms
    • Click the arrow next to the Event Package
    • Click Options > Adjust the threshold for low availability
    • Click the Language tab > Change the category to Event Details
    • Adjust the Low availability Message
    • Click save
