Power BI / Power Automate ROI
Would anyone in Higher Ed who is using Power Bi and/or Power Automate be willing to provide testimonials on their ROI. It would be greatly appreciated.

@Kisha Baker Power Bi reports are the only way our gift officers and their managers can track their metrics. We have over 40 reports that folks go to and by adding the RE NXT link in the reports they can get to donor records directly from the reports. They have been invaluable for us. We started using them in January 2021. We also use for alumni engagement, planned giving, plaques, college/program reports, annual giving, etc.
