Recurring Gift Constituent/Gift Import Issues

A colleague of mine is importing recurring gifts into batch from a data query, Some constituents are having multiple gifts being imported into the batch as they made be off their payment schedule/frequency (ie, they have missed a previous payment). It appears that all missed payments are being imported into the batch.

When I import the gifts, only a single gift is being imported which is the desired outcome. Any ideas on a setting that may be different on my colleagues RE so that it is importing all missed transactions? Any thoughts on the issue would be appreciated.

    @Tyler Shaw Welcome to the BB Community forums.

    First question I have is are you using the same query?
    Are you using that query to “automatically generate transaction payments” in batch tools?

    If so, do you have the same batch settings? There is an option for schedule on the default tab. Did colleague somehow change the number of installments there?

    Or when in batch Tools > User options > batch tab has this option. This is my guess, not checked for you, but is for colleague.

    Yes we were using the same query.

    I tried your suggestion and it worked perfectly! We had different settings there. Thank you so much!
