Looking for guidance regarding first time users - Enrollment Management Services

We just migrated to the Platform and are ready to send re-enrollment contracts to families. Does anyone have a guide or instructions for parents on how to access their account for the first time?

Any tips and guidance would be appreciated.

There's also a link to this page under Related links on the Enrollment Management homepage for easy access. This might not give you exactly what you're looking for in terms of an example of a guide for parents, but hopefully it's a good starting point for you to understand their experience.
