Issue with Importing Multiple Personas in eTapestry

Hey!

We have several donors in eTapestry with multiple personas. I recently downloaded all constituent information, standardised phone numbers, and sorted them into the correct fields (home, mobile, business).

When I attempt to import the data, using separate lines for each persona, only the primary persona is updated. I've mapped the persona type in the CSV file and the corresponding system field, but the chosen persona is never updated, even if it's the only one for that account in the import CSV.

The personas already exist in the system; I'm not trying to create new ones, but update the current ones.

I've tried both the "Account Information" and "Account Information by Account Number" import types, but neither worked. The account number is correctly mapped and updates the primary persona successfully.

What am I doing wrong, and how can I fix this issue? ?
